Founded in 2022 by Director Alena Raj, Maze Real Estate was established with a clear intention, to deliver property management with a higher level of care, consistency and attention to detail.
With over a decade of industry experience, Alena developed a deep understanding of the level of trust involved in managing what is often a client’s most valuable asset. That understanding continues to shape the way Maze operates today.
Born and raised in Melbourne, with deep roots in the western suburbs, Alena established Maze Real Estate with a vision of creating a boutique agency where communication, follow-through and genuine care were never compromised.
Known for her down-to-earth nature and hands-on approach, Alena believes good property management is built on honesty, consistency and treating people with respect.
A strong focus is placed on ensuring renters feel supported, well communicated with and properly looked after throughout their tenancy, as this ultimately leads to stronger long-term outcomes for rental providers and better care being shown toward the property itself.
It is a philosophy Alena and her team have consistently upheld throughout their years in the industry, and one they have repeatedly seen deliver positive results through longer tenancies, stronger relationships and well-maintained investment properties.
