At Maze Real Estate, we understand that maintenance issues can arise unexpectedly. If an urgent repair occurs outside of business hours, the following trusted contractors are available to assist.

During severe weather events, many renters are unsure whether to contact their property manager, a contractor or emergency services. In many cases, the State Emergency Service (SES) is the most appropriate first point of contact.

The SES can assist with storm-related incidents such as fallen trees, flooding, roof damage and emergency make-safe works, helping to prevent further damage to the property until permanent repairs can be arranged.

Unsure Whether a Repair is Urgent?

We appreciate that not every maintenance issue is straightforward, particularly when it occurs outside of business hours.

If you’re unsure whether a repair requires immediate attention, we encourage you to contact the appropriate contractor above. Our trusted contractors work closely with Maze Real Estate and are experienced in assisting renters through urgent situations, providing guidance and helping determine the most appropriate course of action.

Where a repair can safely wait until the next business day, our team will be more than happy to assist and coordinate the necessary works on your behalf.

Non-Urgent Maintenance

For all non-urgent maintenance requests, please submit your request through your Renter Portal.

Submitting maintenance through the portal allows our team to efficiently assess the issue, communicate with all parties involved and coordinate the appropriate contractor on your behalf. Where possible, we encourage renters to include photographs and videos, as these can assist in diagnosing the issue and often help us arrange a quicker resolution.
